About Us – TWI Vietnam

Officially established in 2012, we have always strived to become a pioneering organization in consulting, training, and developing managerial capabilities, especially for middle and front-line management levels.

We are proud to be one of the leading providers of Training Within Industry and Toyota Kata (TWI/Kata) programs in Vietnam. These programs are specifically designed and highly practical for supervisors and front-line managers at the workplace. They are recognized as the foundation of effective operations within the Lean and Continuous Improvement model.

“Capability” is based on the ability to understand and to perform. This must be achieved through “learning and doing,” not just theoretical knowledge. Practice helps apply knowledge in real contexts, enabling experiential learning, thereby developing capability. Our training programs are structured, interactive, and built on purposeful hands-on practice.

Our instructors are trained and certified by the TWI Institute, USA (www.twi-institute.com), with additional support from the TWI Institute, Australia & New Zealand (www.vwaust.com).
