Aprati Foods is part of American Licorice, a well-known U.S. brand with over 100 years of experience. It is the first candy manufacturing plant in Cambodia and meets FDA standards.

Aprati Foods supplies a wide range of confectionery products to the Cambodian market and exports to the United States.

We are honored to accompany Aprati Foods on its journey to develop its operational system and management team from the early days of the factory. It is also a place where I personally remain grateful for the opportunity to work, gaining practical lessons in shaping corporate culture, building core values, training and developing people, and identifying as well as solving problems.

The Director, who is always cautious with the term “Lean,” once mentioned that he did not want to use the word with employees because it sounds grand, abstract, and easily misunderstood. Nevertheless, he deeply understands it and consistently strives to bring the simple philosophy and principles of Lean into everyday practices – they truly live by it.
